Conference packages
We offer our conference packages for at least ten people with the following inclusive services for your main conference room:
- Room rental, if the minimum number of participants of the conference room is reached
- Standard conference equipment: one LCD projector with a screen, one flipchart or pin board
- Pads and pens
- Catering during your conference according to the selected package
- Lunch with a menu or buffet chef‘s choice and one soft drink
- Digital signage with your logo (BMP or JPG-file)
Economy package
- Coffee break including coffee, tea and two snacks chef's choice
- Snack lunch including one soft drink (2-course-menu or buffet)
Half day with one coffee break for EUR 87.00 per day/person or full day with two coffee breaks for EUR 99.00 per day/person.
Premium package
- Coffee break including coffee, tea and two snacks chef's choice
- Business lunch including one soft drink (3-course-menu or buffet)
Half day with one coffee break for EUR 93.00 per day/person or full day with two coffee breaks for EUR 105.00 per day/person.
Deluxe package
- Welcome coffee break (coffee, tea and tea biscuits)
- Coffee break including coffee, tea and two snacks chef's choice
- Business lunch including one soft drink (3-course-menu or buffet)
Half day with one coffee break for EUR 100.00 per day/person or full day with two coffee breaks for EUR 112.00 per day/person.
