we take your safety and well-being as our utmost priority as well as the one of our employees; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute.
Specific measures the hotel is undertaking:
Our employees being at your service are trained and certified on all COVID-19 measures.
Please note that in all public areas of the hotel it is mandatory to wear a FFP-2 face mask.
Social distancing measures are fully implemented in all public areas and meeting rooms, monitored and controlled by the hotel team.
Stringent cleaning measures in place for all public areas, bed rooms, meeting rooms and high touch areas with special disinfectant and increased frequency of cleaning.
Our breakfast buffet in the Restaurant Reinhard's is open again for everyone. Inside seating for external guests only with an updated daily and negative test result; verification of being fully vaccinated or verification of full recovery from COVID-19. The Terrace is open for everyone without necessity of a verification or test result.
Our Lobby Lounge is now open again for everyone between 8 am to 11 pm. Inside seating for external guests only with an updated daily and negative test result; verification of being fully vaccinated or verification of full recovery from COVID-19. Please note, that we have to trace the contact details at your visit. This is possible via the Luca app or a contact formular. Furthermore it is possible to order from our In-Room-Dining menu to your room between 8 am until 10 pm.
Please note that our sauna, swimming pool area and Bristol Bar aswell as the Bristol Grill will remain closed until further notice.
