Are pets allowed in the hotel? Small pets are welcome at the hotel, except for the Bristol Grill Restaurant and the pool area. Please register your pets by phone/email before arrival. A one-time fee of EUR 35 per pet will be charged on departure. Fressnapfe you receive from the lady of the house.
Do you have disability-friendly rooms? The hotel does not have wheelchair-accessible rooms. For more information, please contact our reservation department.
What are the breakfast times? How much does breakfast cost? Breakfast is available daily from 06:30 am to 11:00 am and costs EUR 25.00 per person. If you choose breakfast for the entire stay at check-in, you pay only EUR 19.00 per breakfast. The breakfast for children under 12 years is EUR 13.
Please note that breakfast at an inclusive rate is only valid for the breakfast buffet in Reinhard's Restaurant. Breakfast via Room Service will be charged separately.
When can I check in or out? We guarantee check-in from 15:00. Please check out by 12:00 noon at the latest. After consultation with the reception, an Early Check-In or a Late Check-Out is possible for an extra charge.
Are there smoking rooms in the hotel? We are a non-smoking hotel. If you smoke in a room, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of EUR 200.
Is the WLAN free of charge? Yes, the WLAN is free of charge in the public areas as well as in the rooms. If you need your own connection in the meeting rooms, please contact our Group & Event Team.
Is it possible to put an extra bed in the room? In some room and suite categories, it is possible to provide an extra bed. Extra beds are available on request for EUR 45 and subject to availability.
Can the hotel help with my visa application? We can issue booking confirmations with a stamp and signature for you. A visa application via the hotel is not possible.
How much does a taxi cost from the airport to the hotel?

Where can I park my car and how much does it cost?
We are happy to park your car in the public car park of the Kempinski Plaza in Uhlandstraße (Uhlandstrasse 181 – 183, 10623 Berlin), which is under 24-hour surveillance by camera. The parking fee is EUR 29.00 per day. We offer valet parking for EUR 35.00 per day.
What currency do I need and where can I exchange money? The currency in Germany is the Euro. The concierge can tell you where the nearest exchange offices are.
How far is the airport from the hotel?

Is it possible to drop off my luggage before check-in or after check-out? Our reception team will be happy to collect your luggage, for you to explore the city.
What is the City Tax? Since 2014, an overnight tax (ÜnSt) has been levied in Berlin for privately arranged overnight stays. The tax is 5% on the net overnight price (excluding breakfast). The City Tax is not included in your room price, as the professional reason for the guest stay can be checked onsite if necessary. In this case, no tax will be charged.
Where can I order a limousine transfer? Our concierge is happy to organise limousines in various sizes. The price from/to Tegel Airport (TXL) is about EUR 95.00 per way, and from/to Schönefeld Airport (SXF) about EUR 95.00 per way. EUR 120.00 per route.
What are the opening hours of Bristol Spa? The Bristol Spa is open daily from 06:30 to 22:00.
Is there a fitness centre at the hotel? Yes, on the ground floor there is the 120 sq m Bristol Sport's. The fitness centre is open 24 hours a day and equipped with the latest cardio equipment. It also offers a freestyle area with yoga mats and gym balls. The use is free of charge and exclusively for hotel guests.
Do I have to leave a deposit? Yes, the deposit is EUR 50.00 per room per night. It can be deposited either in cash or as a credit card authorisation. Here, the credit card is not charged; the amount is only reserved. After check-out, the possibly over-blocked amount will be cancelled. The deposit is also required if the overnight stay has already been paid in advance.
I'll be arriving in an electric car. Can I charge this at the hotel? In the parking garage of the Kempinski Plaza, there are three charging stations for Tesla vehicles. For further information, please contact our concierge.

Is there a towel and line change? Bed linen is changed every two days in the rooms and every day in the suites. For the towels, you can decide when you want them changed. All you have to do is place them on the floor or in the tub.
Do you offer a laundry service? A laundry service is at your disposal. More information can be found on the information cards in the rooms.
Is there an ironing service in the hotel? Please contact our housekeeping team to get an iron and ironing board.
Are coffee and tea facilities available in the hotel room? A Nespresso coffee machine (subject to availability) including 6 capsules, milk and sugar can be ordered for EUR 30 from our room service team. 4 tea bags (green/black) and 4 bags of soluble coffee with kettle, milk and sugar are available via the room service for EUR 10.
Is it possible to rent bicycles at the hotel? We have ten city bikes, which are available to our hotel guests for EUR 18 per day.
